Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zend24 transactional email platform and API (the "Service") available at zend24.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Zend24 lets you send transactional email through the API using domains you own and have verified. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys secret, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and, where you act for an organization, authorized to bind it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You may only send email to recipients who have agreed to receive it. You must not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware, deceptive or fraudulent content, or anything unlawful. You must honor unsubscribe and suppression requests and comply with applicable anti-spam laws (including the EU GDPR/ePrivacy and, where relevant, CAN-SPAM). We may suspend or terminate accounts that harm deliverability or violate these Terms, and we may enforce sending quotas and rate limits per plan.

4. Plans, fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and exclude taxes unless stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel or change your plan at any time from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you send. You grant us the limited right to process and transmit it solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages and for having a lawful basis to contact your recipients.

6. Third-party infrastructure

The Service relies on third parties including Amazon Web Services (email delivery) and Stripe (payments). Your use is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions of these providers.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal risk, or threats to the integrity or reputation of the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
